Xebec is a an organisation involved in the built environment. From architecture and design, to project management and construction, from facility management to repairs and restoration, they are able to contribute in every stage of a building's life cycle. With offices and staff in 12 cities, and three distinct but synergistic businesses, they required a cohesive visual identity to be created, defined and rolled out, pan-India.
This was a challenging project and the logistics were interesting. Many of the company's offices were in remote towns without high quality or dependable designers and printers. The implementation had to be consistent in terms of quality and colour, but allow for local customisation, and, further, prevent dependency on a single, central vendor.
Through creation of an online brand assets repository, templates (both digital and physical), custom colour chips, and training of staff and vendors, the project went off without a hitch.
